Had to find a new dental office after my prior dental office canceled my routine cleaning appointment under 24hr notice and said the next earliest would be November. Called Gahanna Modern Dentistry and they got me in the next week and the customer service was great! Arrived on time, and everything went wonderful. Dr. Ali was great to talk with and he handled with care and professionalism.

I had a bad tooth that I had been putting off getting pulled for quite some time and I went here for an emergency visit to finally take care of it. The staff was so friendly and non-judgemental. They took my phobia of dentists seriously and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Bennett was super gentle and very informative, making sure I understood the why behind the treatments and was on board with the plan. Ashley made financing a breeze and made it so painless to actually start a payment plan. Fantashia was amazing with all of the imaging and making sure everything was just right. I feel like I have found my dental home because I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. The entire staff is extremely down to earth and personable. They make jokes and disarm you right off the bat (Davin). They seem like they truly care about their patients and the impact they can have. Thank you all for making this experience, one of the best.
