We are Gahanna Modern Dentistry

I had my first visit today at Gahanna Modern Dentistry, and I want to thank the entire staff for such a positive experience. Ashlee at the front desk was incredibly patient and helpful while getting me checked in and making sure I had everything I needed to complete the new-patient information. The dental assistant (whose name I unfortunately don’t remember — I’m so sorry!) was very patient with me while taking all of my X-rays, which I really appreciated. Before Dr. Patel came in for the cleaning, Ashlee actually came in to go over the breakdown of costs, insurance coverage, and copays. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly, which helped me feel prepared and informed. Dr. Patel was wonderful—she checked my teeth and gums, made sure I understood what was going on with my oral health, and answered all of my questions. She completed my cleaning gently and was very communicative, asking several times if I was doing okay throughout the process. I genuinely felt like I was learning how to better care for my teeth and gums. Overall, my visit made me feel welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of. I will definitely continue to come to Gahanna Modern Dentistry for my dental care and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I had my first visit here and was very happy! Dr. Ali was great, he explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The rest of the team were so friendly and attentive.

Just switched here from New Albany Smiles (which is an amazing dentistry, they just no longer accepted my insurance). Gahanna Modern Dentistry was amazing and I had a wonderful first experience. Big shout out to Devin! He was very helpful.
